Woody Trail Junction
From the kiosk and restrooms, the trail crosses beneath power lines before entering river-side forest. At half a mile, the right branch through a wooden gate is Woody Trail; the left branch follows the longer Railroad Grade.
Lower & Middle Falls
Woody Trail follows the Wallace River, then climbs past Amphitheater and Railroad Grade branches to Lower Falls' picnic area at about two miles. Middle Falls is less than half a mile farther, with views across the Skykomish valley.
Upper Falls & Return
The steepest part is the final half-mile of switchbacks above Middle Falls. The upper viewpoint is 2.8 miles from the trailhead, producing the 5.6-mile return. Wallace Lake and the longer park trails are separate outings.
Terrain Along the Route
River-side forest leads to steeper switchbacks between the middle and upper waterfall viewpoints.

Reports
Woody Trail & Falls Reports
WTA reports often stop at different falls: Lower, Middle or Upper. Wallace Lake and Railroad Grade loops are longer routes, so the report endpoint matters when comparing distance or conditions.
Park Alerts & Parking Camera
The official state-park page supplies operating hours, local notices and the parking-camera link, rather than a hiker observation feed.
